Prepare a project import
Keep your source copy
Before importing project material, retain the original archive in your own storage. Give the project a descriptive name and remove resources that do not belong in the shared workspace.
Use the import API
Integration clients send a JSON project document to the import endpoint. Begin with a small document containing the project name and a documents array. See the developer reference for request and response formats.
Check the receipt
The import endpoint returns a request identifier when material is queued. Keep that reference with your project notes so the support team can follow up on a request.
If a request fails
Check the Content-Type and Content-Encoding headers and retry with an uncompressed JSON document. Contact support with the request identifier and the response code; do not include passwords or API credentials.
