A clearer document library
This month we have made the project library easier to scan. Document titles have more room, owners appear beside each item and the project overview stays within reach. The changes work on smaller screens as well as the desktop, so a quick check between meetings feels less crowded.
A shorter path to useful answers
The Help centre now brings together getting started, member permissions, imports and billing. Each guide includes a practical next step. You can also send a support request directly from Contact and attach a document using the reference on your receipt.
More predictable exports
Document exports now report their progress before a download becomes available. If an export is still being prepared, the workspace keeps the request visible and lets you check again. Export links belong to the session that requested them.
